We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Because our bucket liners are disposable consumables, and once opened cannot be resold or reused, all sales are final except in cases of verified defects or shipping damage.
🧪 Try Before Committing
To help you test fit and performance before ordering larger packs, we offer a Sample Pack with a smaller quantity of liners.
🚫 Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
All bucket liner sales are final.
Due to their single-use nature and contamination risks, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than verified damage or manufacturing defect.

Opened, used, or partially used liners cannot be returned

Items returned without prior authorization will be refused or discarded

Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are non-refundable
📦 Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., torn, punctured, or with holes) or defective, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery.

✅ Once we receive and verify your documentation, we will:

Ship you a replacement at no cost, or

Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable
⚠️ Claims submitted after 10 business days or without proof may be denied.
🚚 Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages / Buyer Error
We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Refusal of delivery

Recipient unavailability

Delivery restrictions (e.g., closed office, gated property)
If a package is returned to us:

The original shipping cost + return label shipping cost (even if “free” at checkout) will be deducted from any refund

Reshipping requires a new shipping fee unless it is listed free.

Refunds are issued only if the item is unused and unopened
🔁 Return Authorization Required
No returns are accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Unauthorized returns will be refused and not refunded.
💳 Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method only.
We do not offer exchanges or store credits.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
