We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.


🕒 Processing Time

Orders are processed within up to 3 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • The shipping method selected

  • Your destination

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text message with tracking details.
You can monitor your package’s progress directly through the carrier’s tracking link.

We currently ship within the United States.

🏠 Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Recipient unavailability or refusal

  • Delivery restrictions at offices or gated locations

If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons:

  • The original shipping cost+ return shipping cost (even if “free” at checkout) will be deducted from any refund

  • To reship, a new shipping fee must be paid, unless it is listed free shippping... 

  • Refunds will only be issued if the returned item is unused and unopened


💲 Free Shipping Policy

Orders that qualify for free shipping are covered for one delivery attempt only.
If the shipment is returned due to an undeliverable address, the actual shipping cost must be paid by the customer to reship.


⏳ Shipping Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Other factors beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in such cases.


📦 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery at info@5gallonbucketliner.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review your case and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.


❓ Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office

  2. Wait 24–48 hours for potential delayed delivery

  3. Contact us if the package remains missing

Please note: once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer, and we are not liable for theft or loss.
