Why Choose Our 28.5 mil PP+PE Blend Pro Bucket Liners (Not the Cheap Liners from Amazon)
- ✓Custom-mold US fit: Built for Home Depot® & Lowe’s® 5-gal buckets—seats tight (no bubbles/float) with a lip/rim for quick pull. Generic import sizes don’t match US bucket rims.
- ✓Pro material, not commodity: Natural PP+PE blend—not thin 15-mil LDPE.
- ✓Real thickness & strength: 28.5 mil vs 15 mil; ~25–35 MPa tensile vs ~10–20 MPa for LDPE.
- ✓Heat & chemical ready: Works −20°C to 100°C; resists acids, alkalis, oils/solvents—won’t go soft or shred.
- ✓Made for job sites: Consistent pro-grade results for epoxy, resin, paint, and coatings, as well as thinset & grout.
- ✓Cleaner ops, lower costs: Prevent cross-contamination, keep one bucket in rotation, cut bucket spend (up to 40%).
Choose 5GBL Pro for strength, heat/solvent safety, and speed across epoxy, resin, paint, thinset, and grout.
Bottom line: When solvents, heat, or mixers are in play, 5GBL Pro won’t fail. If you just need the cheapest light-duty bag, that’s 15-mil LDPE on Amazon.
Frequently Asked Questions
How Are Our Bucket Liners Different from Others in the Market?
Designed with a custom mold for a perfect 5-gallon bucket fit, our liner outperforms generic options that don’t sit properly. Here’s how:
5GBL Pro V1 Epoxy Resin Liner: a custom‑molded insert with a lip rim for easy removal, engineered from a 28‑mil PP+PE blend for tensile, tear, chemical, and heat resistance. Most 15‑mil LDPE bag liners aren’t molded for U.S. 5‑gallon buckets (Home Depot/Lowe’s sizing), so they don’t sit correctly—they slide, form pockets and folds, can wrap into the mixing paddle, and are not truly drill‑friendly, leading to tears and cross‑contamination. Ours is molded to U.S. pails, so it stays put, mixes cleanly, and resists paddle‑induced damage. It’s built for pro mixing.

Drill Mixer Recommendations
Our 5-gallon bucket liners are designed for drill mixing to ensure proper material blending.
However, some mixing paddles, especially sharp metal ones, can damage the liners.
Tips:
- Avoid metal mixing paddles.
- Remove any dried resins from previous use to prevent sharp points.
- Use your drill on a low-speed setting.
We recommend using our 5GBL-Approved Mixer Paddle, specifically designed to protect and work seamlessly with our liners.
- Use the 5GBL Mixer Paddle – the only paddle we recommend for liner-safe mixing.
- Operate your drill on a low-speed setting to prevent splashing or unnecessary friction.
- Clean your paddle after each use to avoid hardened resins or coatings that could scratch the liner.
