🔁 One-Time Purchases

All one-time product purchases are final once the order is placed.
We are unable to cancel or modify orders that have already been processed or shipped.

If you need to request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@5gallonbucketliner.com with your order number.
We’ll do our best to assist before fulfillment begins, but once shipping is initiated, the order cannot be canceled.

⚠️ If you refuse a delivered package or it’s returned due to incorrect address, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any eligible refund.

🔄 Subscription Purchases (If Applicable)

If you subscribe to recurring deliveries through our website:

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date

  • Once an order has been charged and processed, it cannot be canceled

  • Subscription cancellations must be made by logging into your account or contacting info@5gallonbucketliner.com

💡 Tip: To avoid unwanted charges, please cancel or pause at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal.

🚫 Pre-Orders or Special Orders

For any pre-orders or custom bulk orders, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and production has started.
